A little more in depth
Personality: Percy is... Very Percy. He's snobbish at times, very intent on the rules, a bit of a dork (don't get him started on cauldron bottoms!). He's very flawed - especially when it comes to accepting the flaws of others, he tends to project his own perfectionism on those who surround him. Special abilities/strengths/flaws: He has an incredibly accurate memory for things that he reads, and he's a strong charms wizard. He can cook a mean lasagna. He is a very attentive and loving husband and father, as much as that might break his 'stern and cold' attitude toward the world - Audrey was very good for him in that. Plots you see your character participating in: He'll definitely be in on the Ministry intrigue!! Relevant backstory: Still working on his history with Audrey with the muggle who's applying for her, but will update this with that asap. After the Second War Percy went to work in the Int'l Dept again under the Administration of Kingsley Shacklebolt, working his way up through loyalty and a particular taste for detail in policy to become Dept. Head at 38, much to his mother's delight and his brothers' mocking. He's been in the position for nearly 10 years now (he'll celebrate that anniversary in October) and he's still as much a workaholic as ever. His focus in international policy is on multi-lateral regulation and certain aspects of British security, thus he's professionally pretty close with Mistress of Magic Narcissa Malfoy. |
